Smoke and CO Detector Inspections – MGL 148 26F 26F 1/2:
If you are selling your home in Massachusetts you likely need an inspection and certificate to close.
Commercial Inspections:
The Department conducts a variety of safety and compliance inspections in partnership with the Townsend Building Department.
Oil Burner and Propane Tank Inspections:
Outdoor Brush Burning Permits:
Outdoor bush burning permits do not require an inspection and can be applied for online burning open burning season. Click bellow for more information.
